Payment Options

We want to make your booking as stress-free as possible, so have developed a range of flexible payment options to suit you. When you book with loveholidays, we can offer you 4 different payment plans, which depend on your departure date. Plus, you can still change your payment dates after you've booked - simply use our secure Manage My Booking tool and amend them by up to 14 days.

If your holiday is more than 10 weeks away, and you haven’t chosen a non-refundable room, you can choose between all 4 payment options:

1. Pay Monthly

Set yourself a monthly budget

Payments are taken on the same date each month, with each transaction incurring an admin fee of €2.95.

• Flight and hotel packages: When booking at least 11 weeks in advance, you can secure your holiday from as little as €19 per person, then simply pay the remainder in equal monthly amounts until you go.
• Hotel-only packages: When booking a hotel at least 6 weeks in advance, you can choose to pay a deposit of just €10 per person, again paying the remainder in equal monthly amounts.

2. Low deposit

Please note that each transaction will incur an admin fee of up to €5.95.

• Flight and hotel packages: If you’re booking 6 or more weeks before departure, you can secure your holiday with a low deposit from €19, followed by a deposit top-up amount, with the remainder of the balance paid in instalments.
• Hotel-only packages: If you’re booking a hotel 6 or more weeks before your check-in date, you can choose to secure your stay with a low deposit of just €10 per person, again followed by a deposit top-up amount, with the remainder paid in instalments. The final balance is due 14 days before your stay.

3. Standard deposit

Just 2 easy payments

Please note that standard deposit amounts depend on the holiday or hotel you’ve chosen. All payments will incur an admin fee of up to €4.95.

• Flight and hotel packages: Booking at least 4 weeks in advance? You can secure our holiday with a standard deposit, paying the remainder in 1 easy payment 14 days before you depart. The deposit amount depends on the holiday you’ve chosen.
• Hotel-only packages: When booking a hotel at least 28 days before your stay, you can choose to pay a standard deposit to secure your room, paying the remainder in one easy payment 14 days before your arrival date.

4. Full payment

We are pleased to be able to accept a range of debit and credit cards – Visa debit and credit, MasterCard debit and credit – at no charge to you. Although your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee, we do not. All cards are accepted subject to security and fraud checks.

Terms and conditions

Our payment options are available for online bookings only and are subject to availability (entirely at our discretion). In the event of cancellation, the full deposit must be paid in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by the applicable supplier and our administration charge. If you would like to make changes or add extras to your booking, you will be asked to pay any additional associated charges (i.e. amendment charges) when the amendments are applied. All payments will be taken from the same payment card used to secure your booking, which must also be in the lead passenger's name. Once the final payment has been taken we will issue the relevant tickets/vouchers for your trip. Respective admin fees apply to payment options 1, 2 and 3, regardless of the type of card used.
